HEAL Nursing Home is a doctor-led Center of Integrative Medicine & Panchkarma in Sector 37, Kharghar. Our introductory Ayurvedic massage is a 45-minute full-body Abhyanga with warm herbal oils, given by trained therapists — deeply relaxing, and a gentle way to ease everyday stiffness and tiredness.
What's included in the ₹799 session
- A short check-in We ask about your health, any medication, pregnancy and skin sensitivities, and what you'd like from the session. This is when to mention an injury or recent surgery.
- A private, warm therapy room You change in a private area into clinic-provided or disposable wear. The room is kept warm so you stay comfortable once the oil is applied.
- 45 minutes of full-body Abhyanga Warm herbal oil applied from the scalp downwards, with long strokes along the arms and legs and circular strokes at the joints. Pressure is moderate and steady, and you can ask for lighter or firmer at any point.
- A warm shower at the clinic You finish with a shower here, so you can head home comfortably rather than oily.

We're in Sector 37, inside the Sai World Empire complex — the Caesar Tower ground floor, on Sai World Lane near Harmony School. If you're coming for the first time and can't find the entrance, call us and we'll guide you in.
Before you come
- Come on a light stomach — an hour or more after eating.
- Bring loose, comfortable clothing to change into afterwards.
- Expect oil in your hair, so avoid booking right before a meeting or event.
- Keep the rest of the day gentle if you can, and drink water afterwards.
Tell us first if any of these apply
Abhyanga is gentle, but it isn't right for everyone on every day. Please mention it when booking if you have a fever or infection, are pregnant, have an open wound, ulcer or active skin problem, have had recent surgery or a fracture, or have a heart condition, uncontrolled blood pressure or a clotting disorder. None of these is automatically a no — most simply mean we adapt the session or suggest something better suited.

How much does an Ayurvedic massage cost in Kharghar?
Our introductory full-body Abhyanga is ₹799 for a 45-minute session, available 9 AM to 5 PM. Other therapies such as Shirodhara, Janu Basti and Kati Basti are priced individually — please ask when you call.

Do I need to book, or can I walk in?

Allow about an hour and a quarter in total — roughly 10 minutes for the check-in and changing, 45 minutes of massage, then a short rest and a shower.

No. Abhyanga is a wellness and relaxation therapy, not a treatment for a diagnosed condition. If you have a specific health concern, our doctors can advise whether a consultation, a personalised Ayurvedic treatment or Panchakarma would suit you better.
